Job description

We're looking for a Team Lead to join our Integrations team, focused on building and maintaining scalable services that enable seamless integrations. What you’ll do:

  • Mentor across levels: Provide constructive feedback, conduct code reviews, and offer technical guidance to junior engineers and peers alike.

  • Lead system design: Take ownership in designing new integrations and optimising existing ones for performance and cost-efficiency.

  • Champion best practices: Promote high standards in software development, testing methodologies, and streamlined engineering processes.

  • Shape strategic direction: Contribute to project roadmaps, risk assessments, and ensure timely, high-quality execution.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product teams to understand and translate requirements into reliable solutions.

  • Grow your people: Define growth goals for your direct reports and actively coach them to reach their potential.
