Technical Product Manager

Product Managers at TechWolf are driven by solving hard complex problems for our customers. We expect Product Managers to take end to end ownership of their products, from deciding what we build, to understanding the depths of how we’re building it and being obsessed with how it is used. The product role at TechWolf is central to our success. Every Product Manager should be the CEO of their product - acting like a founder, thinking like a customer.

As a Technical Product Manager you will have experience working on an API product or technical elements of the product. This role will work closely with engineers on driving outcomes for our customers. 

What you'll do:

• Align with an engineering team on one or more specific component/s of the product.

• Make strategic decisions about which features to drive, to drive the best outcome for our customers and TechWolf.

• This is a complex role that will require you to deeply understand user needs and collaborate across teams at TechWolf & often across teams at our customers.

• Spend significant time with senior customer stakeholders to discuss roadmap strategy, direct users to understand their pain points & needs in order to build delightful experiences.

Who you are:

• You bring 4+ years of experience in a product role.
• You have experience building platform and/or API products - this means you have a strong understanding of how API products work.
• Ideally you have spent time in a role building out partnerships with other providers from a product integration perspective.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulation of customer problems.
• You enjoy being a generalist working on whatever it takes to solve problems and delight customers!
• You're fluent in English.
• You're based in Belgium and excited to work together with the TechWolf team in our Ghent office at least three days per week.
• You're eager to occasionally travel to our London office.
