Senior Talent Partner

As we embark on a new phase of growth post-Series B, we are looking for an experienced talent partner that can help us build out the team in Ghent, our HQ! Recognising that bringing exceptional talent is key to our success, TechWolf’s talent function is central to the way we operate. In this role, you’ll closely collaborate with the founders and leadership to hire the best talent and deliver a stellar candidate experience to all clients.

What you'll do

• Manage hiring from A to Z in Belgium in close collaboration with hiring managers (leadership and founders). This includes scoping new roles, developing innovative sourcing strategies and conducting interviews.

• Own the hiring process end-to-end and delivering the best candidate experience for all talents.

• Manage partnerships across Belgian campuses and organise recruitment events across Belgium.

• Using your creativity to drive TechWolf's local employer branding efforts in collaboration with Marketing.

• Work closely with other Talent Partners and the VP People on talent strategy and proactive pool great talent for the future. 

• Contribute to shaping the Talent and People function together with the VP People.

Who you are:

• You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, ideally working with engineering, product and/or professional services profiles.

• You have a can-do attitude, are organised and pay attention to detail

• You radiate energy and enthusiasm and enjoy speaking to candidates

• You've been part of a tech startup or scaleup before or are extremely excited to switch to in-house recruitment

• You're fluent in English and Dutch

• You're based in Belgium and is excited to work together with the TechWolf team in our Ghent office at least 3 days a week
