So we would totally get it if the title of our current openings (e.g. "Software Engineer") doesn't quite fit you. Maybe you think of yourself as a data engineer, an infrastructure enthusiast, a front-end developer, a back-end architect, a design engineer, a forward-deployed builder … or some combination the industry hasn't bothered to name yet.

TechWolf is an AI company building the foundational data layer for how the world's biggest employers navigate the way AI is transforming work. Our product gives enterprises the clarity to act with confidence, by showcasing what their people can do, and revealing how jobs and tasks are actually evolving and where AI can automate or augment them.

Today, thousands of people rely on TechWolf everyday to connect skills and work to the right projects, learning and career moves. We're on a mission to make work better and fairer by powering the shift from jobs to skills, and we do it for enterprises like GSK, HSBC, Ericsson, United Airlines,...

To achieve this mission, we need to solve hard, meaningful problems across the whole stack: large-scale data, applied ML, resilient back-end systems, polished front-ends, solid infrastructure, and products that have to be accurate and trustworthy. Which is exactly why we need a wide variety of engineers to build it, and why we're not too fussed about what you call yourself.

There's no single profile for this, but we do look for individuals who:

• Are driven by outcomes. You're naturally drawn to the most impactful work, and optimise your work to maximise value.

• Figure things out. You are a problem-solver at heart, and get creative when faced with challenges.

• Care, genuinely. You're invested in what you're building and who it's for — and it shows in the details you don't have to be asked about.

Bonus: experience with AI-first ways of working , is a plus, not a hard requirement.
