Implementation Consultant

Implementation Consultants at TechWolf help our customers get real impact from skills data. They take ownership of the implementation of our product and launch our customer collaborations, striving to set customers up for long-term success. Implementation Consultants are trusted advisors to our customers, ensuring technical and organizational excellence in working with TechWolf.

As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll join our Professional Services team. This team plays a crucial role in our ability to create an impact with TechWolf. You’ll work closely with customers, collaborating with our sales, product, engineering and customer success teams, to make them successful. You’ll get the opportunity to dive into technology, run steering committees with C-level executives and contribute to the improvement of our product and methodology.

What you'll do:

• Become an expert and evangelist for skills data and skills-based ways of working.

• Take end-to-end ownership of the onboarding of new customers and implementation of our product.

• Educate customer teams and help shape their vision for a skills-based future.

• Build a strong relationship with technical, HR and executive stakeholders.

• Work with sales, product, engineering and customer success to help make the biggest possible impact with our product.

• Evolve our methodology and provide input to improve and enhance the TechWolf product.

Who you are:

• You have 3+ years of professional experience
• You have strong functional knowledge through experience in HR consulting and/or implementing SaaS solutions
• You're able to build strong customer relationships and know how to influence and communicate with different stakeholders in enterprise organisations
• You're eager-to-learn, hands-on and proactive
• You're driven by impact and success, and want to become an expert in delivering skill data to an enterprise organisation
• You're fluent in English
• You're based in Belgium and eager to work from the office at least 2-3 days each week
