Implementation Consultant

Our Solutions team forms the bridge between our product and enterprise organisations by helping customers scope and define skill-based solutions, and helping them get maximal value from skills data. As we continue to scale, we're looking for Implementation Consultants to join our team and have a direct impact on customers, our growth and the future of work!

What you'll do:

• Help customers define and follow a path to becoming a skill-based organisation using our product

• Manage the onboarding projects for our customers, making a successful outcome with TechWolf inevitable.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer teams to help them create value with skill data.

• Work with sales, presales, customer success, and product & engineering teams to articulate, sell and deliver the right value.

• Help shape our way of working while we tackle more and bigger customers and challenges.

Who you are:

• You have 3+ years of professional experience
• You have strong functional knowledge through experience in HR consulting and/or implementing SaaS solutions
• You're able to build strong customer relationships and know how to influence and communicate with different stakeholders in enterprise organisations
• You're eager-to-learn, hands-on and proactive
• You're driven by impact and success, and want to become an expert in delivering skill data to an enterprise organisation
• You're fluent in English
• You're based in Belgium or London and eager to work from the office at least 2-3 days each week
