Job description
As we embark on a new phase of growth heading into Series C, we are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Partner that can help us continue building out the team in the USA. Recognising that bringing exceptional talent is key to our success, TechWolf’s Talent function is central to the way we operate. In this role, you’ll closely collaborate with our Founders and leadership to hire the best talent and deliver a stellar candidate experience.

What you'll do
Manage hiring from A to Z in the USA, in close collaboration with hiring managers. This includes scoping new roles, developing innovative sourcing strategies and conducting interviews.
Be the warden and main owner of TechWolf’s talent density - you’ll be accountable to make bar-raising, long lasting additions to the team, as opposed to a number of hires.
Design, deliver and implement a world class hiring process and deliver a stellar candidate experience.
Own the talent strategy and hiring plan for all roles based in the USA.
Use your creativity to drive TechWolf's local employer branding efforts in collaboration with Marketing.
The People team at TechWolf is the centrepiece of our culture and is the carrier of immaculate vibes and energy - you will contribute to shaping the People and Talent function together with the VP People.
Job requirements
Who you are:
You have 4+ years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition working on hard-to-fill positions and sought-after profiles.
You've been part of a fast growth tech startup or scaleup before or have worked in a search firm but are excited to transition to in-house recruitment.
You have a can-do attitude, are organised and have an eye for detail - managing a world class recruitment process falls off your fingertips.
Evangelising culture is something you thrive into, and you radiate energy and enthusiasm and enjoy speaking to candidates.
You're based in New York and excited to work together with the TechWolf team in our NYC office at least three days per week.
