Product Manager, Workforce Transformation

TechWolf is the foundational data layer for enterprise workforce transformation. We empower organizations to understand and optimize their workforce through comprehensive skills data. We are seeking a Product Manager with deep HR domain experience to join our product team and own a critical product area.

This role is built for someone who knows the HR world inside-out: whether you've been advising CHROs on workforce transformation, deploying Workday or SAP SuccessFactors for enterprise clients, or building product in HR tech. If you understand how HR organisations think, buy, and operate, and you want to shape the products that power their most important decisions, this role is for you.

You don't need to have Product Manager as your job title today. If you've spent your career in HR consulting or HCM implementation and you're ready to move from advising to building, we want to hear from you. We'll invest in developing your product craft and build on the domain intuition you already have.

What you'll work on:

TechWolf's products, Skills Intelligence and Work Intelligence, are embedded into the platforms that run enterprise HR: Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Visier, and more. You'll own a product area and work at the intersection of:

• Enterprise HR workflows: workforce planning, career and talent development, job architecture, and AI-driven role redesign

• Strategic partner integrations: powering the products of the world's largest HCM platforms with our intelligence

• AI-driven intelligence: helping organisations understand what skills their people have, what work is being done, and how AI is changing both

What you'll do:

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for your area, connecting what we build to real HR outcomes

• Run discovery with enterprise HR customers: understanding their challenges, workflows, and priorities firsthand

• Translate deep domain knowledge into product decisions: what to build, why, and for whom; mapping our product direction to solve HR persona pain points

• Collaborate daily with engineering, product engineers, delivery, and GTM teams

• Present product direction to internal stakeholders and senior enterprise audiences (VP/C-level HR, HRIT, business sponsors)

• Prioritise ruthlessly using data, hypotheses, and customer evidence

Who you are:

• You bring 5+ years of professional experience with meaningful HR domain exposure: either as a Product Manager in the HR domain or in a consulting role within the HR and/or skills space.

• You understand how enterprise HR operates: the buying process, the key stakeholders (CHRO, HRIT, Talent, L&D), and the problems they're trying to solve

• You're a structured thinker and communicator: you can frame a problem clearly, write a compelling brief, and present confidently to senior audiences

• You have an analytical mindset: you use data and hypotheses to make decisions

• You're genuinely curious about how HR technology creates value: not just what it does, but why it matters

• You have a bias to action: you ship, iterate, and don't over-analyse

• You're based in Belgium and eager to work from our Ghent office at least three days per week

• You're willing to travel occasionally to our London office, to customers for discovery, and to conferences

• Bonus: Familiarity with data/API products or platform integrations

• Bonus: Experience with AI-first ways of working
