Product Manager - Market Intelligence
- Hybrid
- Product
Job description
TechWolf is the data layer behind workforce change at large companies. We help organisations understand and shape their workforce through skills and work data. We're hiring a Product Manager to own Market Intelligence end to end.
Market Intelligence is TechWolf's view of the external labour market: who is hiring for what, where the talent is, and what roles pay. Customers use it inside the TechWolf Analyst Agent and through the TechWolf MCP, next to their own skills and work data. That way, one agent can answer a workforce question and a market question in the same place.
This role is for someone who can turn a strong data asset into customer value. You're comfortable in front of customers and partners. You hear the market question behind what they ask, and you bring it back as a roadmap our AI and engineering teams can build. You'll work closely with the other Product Managers, AI & Engineering, Legal, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Sales and Marketing.
You don't need to have "Product Manager" on your resume today. The right person for this role could come from product, data, consulting, engineering, sales or somewhere else entirely. If you want to build, and you can turn what customers need into something they use, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Own the roadmap: lead the Market Intelligence roadmap across hiring demand, talent supply and pay. Decide what ships, what waits and what we stop.
Customer and partner discovery: spend real time with customers, partners and our customer-facing teams. Turn the market questions enterprises care about into a clear, ordered roadmap.
Own Market Intelligence in the agent: shape how Market Intelligence answers questions inside the TechWolf Analyst Agent and the TechWolf MCP. Decide which questions it can answer with confidence, where it needs guardrails, and how we test answer quality as the data grows. Work out how it combines with Skills and Work Intelligence in one answer.
Own the data: decide which data sources and markets we add next. Define data quality the way customers experience it (accuracy, completeness, freshness), and work with Engineering on the data models and pipelines that deliver it.
Compliance as a product requirement: own data licensing and usage rights with Legal.
Ways of working: run discovery, prioritisation, requirements, launches and enablement in a way others can follow. Give Sales, Customer Success and Pre-Sales what they need to answer data questions on their own.
External story: shape the Market Intelligence story with Product Marketing for Sales, Marketing and partners.
What Success Looks Like:
(Discovery) You have a clear, well-backed view of where Market Intelligence should go next, based on what you hear from customers, partners, our customer-facing teams and our AI teams. The team comes to you first on where Market Intelligence is heading.
(Roadmap) You own the Market Intelligence roadmap and order it based on evidence. The questions we say we can answer get good answers, with sources and coverage shown. Work on data quality, reliability and compliance ships in the order you set.
(Ownership) You're the named owner of Market Intelligence at TechWolf, and others in Product and Engineering can follow how you work.
(Narrative) Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Pre-Sales and partners tell one consistent Market Intelligence story, built by you with Product Marketing.
(Growth) Customers get more value from Market Intelligence: more of them use it, they come back to it often, and it shapes real workforce and hiring decisions.
Job requirements
Senior level: 4+ years owning a technical product in B2B or enterprise software, as a Product Manager or in a closely related role.
Experience building and running a data, AI or API product, ideally in B2B SaaS.
You're confident in front of customers and partners. You can hear a market question from a senior enterprise audience and come back with what we will build.
A track record of taking a promising capability to a production product that customers pay for, at enterprise quality.
You understand how large external datasets behave: coverage, freshness, cleaning, and the gap between having data and being able to stand behind an answer. You have enough technical depth to work as a peer with AI researchers and engineers, and to turn their input into decisions.
You treat legal and compliance limits, especially data licensing, as product requirements.
A disciplined way of running product work that others can read and follow.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, including with senior customer and partner executives.
You care about TechWolf's mission of helping companies transform their workforce.
Based in Belgium and able to work from our Ghent office at least three days a week.
Willing to travel now and then: to our London office, to customers and partners, and to conferences.
