We are seeking a Product Manager to join our thriving product management organisation. There are opportunities to have impact in three areas:

  1. AI Agents & Workflows - we're building agents and market-leading inference models that take customers from no data to insights and action faster than ever before in their flow of work.

  2. User Experience - we provide a streamlined user experience across Slack & Microsoft Teams apps for customers, and our internal teams to provide customers with a Console interface to guide their use of the product.

  3. Partner Integrations - a core part of our value proposition is working with the largest HCM systems in the world (Workday, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow) to power their products with work data and driving expansion into more destinations for intelligence (Visier, Degreed)

As a Product Management professional on our product team, you will be responsible for driving the product roadmap and execution. You will work closely with a number of teams across the business including Engineering, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Sales, and Marketing. This role requires a deep understanding of user needs, strategic decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do:

  • Drive the product strategy and roadmap for the TechWolf product.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define, develop, and deploy integration features.

  • Gather and prioritize requirements from customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Engage with partners and customers to understand their needs and challenges.

  • Act as the product owner for your area of impact, making key product decisions.

Job requirements

Who you are:

  • You bring 4+ years of experience in a Product role.

  • You have proven experience building and managing one of the following: API integration products, AI products, or web application products

  • You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • You're passionate about TechWolf's mission and purpose in enabling workforce transformation.

  • You're fluent in English.

  • You're based in Belgium and excited to work together with the TechWolf team in our Ghent office at least three days per week.

  • You're willing to travel occasionally to our London office, to customers for discovery, and to conferences for learning.
