As part of our high-growth Professional Services team, you’ll be the bridge between our innovative product and leading enterprise clients. You’ll help them unlock the power of skill data, maximising its impact on their workforce and shaping the future of work itself.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop deep expertise in skill data solving customer challenges, using cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights.

  • Turn customer data into actionable solutions and help employees worldwide  flourish at work, leveraging your analytical skills to drive meaningful outcomes.

  • Work closely with team members to successfully implement TechWolf for our customers, leveraging your strong affinity for data and deep understanding of our solution.

  • Assist in building strong relationships with customer teams, educating and inspiring them on the value of skill data in shaping a fairer, more skills-driven workplace.

  • Contribute to refining internal processes as TechWolf grows, and tackles new challenges, helping us continuously improve the way we work together as a team.

  • Gain exposure to different departments like Product & Engineering, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success by participating in meetings and learning their processes.

  • Acquire valuable experience in a fast-paced, growing company at the forefront of skill data solutions.

Job requirements

Who you are:

  • You’re a recent graduate or have 1-2 years of relevant experience (e.g., internship, entry-level tech role), with availability to start in September 2025.

  • You have a strong interest in data science and understand the fundamentals of data extraction, transformation, and loading. Experience with Excel for data analysis is a plus.

  • You possess a customer-focused mindset and a curious attitude, eager to leverage TechWolf’s product to solve customer problems and improve our product. 

  • You demonstrate a genuine passion for and understanding of technology, in order to bridge the gap between the customer and our technical product & engineering team.

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with both TechWolf colleagues and our customers.

  • You demonstrate a willingness to learn from experienced team members and contribute to a continuously improving way of working.

  • You’re able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • You're based in Belgium and excited to work together with the TechWolf team in our Ghent office at least three days per week.

  • Bonus: You have experience or familiarity with programming languages (e.g. Python), as it can be useful for handling data and automating tasks.
