TechWolf is scaling fast and our marketing team needs a builder to architect the next wave of growth and help sellers sell. As our Growth Marketing Lead you’ll design the strategy for account-based marketing, search-led demand, and build and run growth programmes that span EMEA and the US. You’ll report to the VP Marketing, work hand-in-glove with RevOps, brand, content & field marketing and our in-house AI squad, and keep a lean mix of agencies pointed at the right outcomes.

What you’ll do:

  • Set the growth blueprint and put it into action 🐺 craft and execute the 12-month strategy for ABM tiers, digital/search acquisition and conversion optimisation, mapping each programme to revenue goals. You own the budget and are accountable for the results.

  • Design and own account-based programmes 🐺 build 1:few and 1:many motions (plays, content, experiences, nurture journeys) that engage target buying committees and accelerate deal cycles.

  • Run a growth experiment pipeline 🐺 own an always-on backlog of growth programs, pipeline experiments, paid-ad tests or other growth ideas; document hypotheses, results and next steps.

  • Oversee digital & search marketing 🐺 drive organic (SEO and GEO) and paid search, paid social and retargeting; prioritise initiatives by incremental pipeline impact.

  • Build automation & analytics foundations 🐺 partner up with RevOps to refine lead-scoring, dashboarding and reporting in HubSpot without drowning in admin work.

  • Coordinate agency & vendor partners 🐺 brief, align and evaluate performance agencies against clearly defined KPIs and budgets.

  • Embed AI everywhere 🐺 pilot Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise and predictive models for personalised outreach, copy/asset generation and audience targeting; maintain prompt libraries and best-practice playbooks for the team.

  • Partner with other TechWolf teams 🐺 mainly sales, CS & P&E - to make sure that the content we drive into our growth programs is world-class and you have a short feedback loop on what’s working and what isn’t.   

Job requirements

Who you are:

  • 7+ years in B2B growth or demand marketing, with 3+ years directly owning ABM and/or digital budgets of €1 M +.

  • Hungry to join a concise team of marketing superstars and aim for the moon when it comes to building the future of TechWolf

  • Proven success generating pipeline for enterprise SaaS deals (€100 k + ACV) across EMEA or US or comparable SaaS experience

  • AI-savvy: you’re experienced using Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini or similar LLMs, plus basic familiarity with predictive models.

  • Hands-on with modern marketing stacks: HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics 4, etc..

  • Demonstrated ability to build strategy and execute programs or experiments that improve funnel efficiency and pipeline velocity.

  • Comfortable orchestrating multiple specialist agencies and vendors in parallel.

  • Fluent in funnel analytics and revenue metrics; able to translate data into board-ready insights and partner up with RevOps and sales leaders on the topic.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • You’re based in Belgium and excited to work together with the TechWolf team at our Ghent office at least three days per week.
