Associate Product Manager

As an Associate Product Manager in our Integrations Team, you’ll work closely with both Product and Engineering to co-create the vision for our integrations, grounded in the highest-value use cases we uncover with our partners. You’ll help translate that vision into an actionable roadmap, aligning product discovery with technical feasibility, ensuring clarity from idea to delivery, and steering the actual work.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives on turning complexity, and ambiguity into clarity, and who loves to collaborate across disciplines.

What you'll do:

💡 Shape and align the integration vision

• Co-create the integration vision; defining why each integration matters and how it fits into TechWolf’s broader ecosystem.

• Work with other Product Managers and Integration Architects to frame, validate, and prioritize integration opportunities based on impact, feasibility, and scalability.

• Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and partners around shared context and measurable outcomes.

• Maintain the integration backlog and contribute to prioritization decisions that focus on the highest-value use cases.

🔍 Lead end-to-end discovery

• Explore APIs and capabilities across platforms like Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow to identify how TechWolf’s skill data can create customer value.

• Conduct deep functional and technical exploration; from understanding partner data models to mapping potential workflows and end-user journeys.

• Capture insights and recurring patterns that inform TechWolf’s long-term integration roadmap.
  

📘 Scale clarity and collaboration

• Translate discovery outcomes into structured requirements: functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Document the integration blueprint, including system interaction diagrams, data-flow mappings, and sequence charts that clarify how systems exchange skill data.

• Facilitate refinement sessions with engineers to ensure technical feasibility and consistency across integrations.
  

🧭 Drive execution and delivery

• Own the integrations roadmap and the integrations backlog: write user stories, prioritize sprints, and align with engineers on delivery.

• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and refinement sessions, ensuring clarity and focus on customer impact.

• Monitor progress and manage trade-offs to balance speed, quality, and scalability.

Who you are:

• You bring 2+ years of experience as a product engineer, product owner or functional analyst within a B2B or enterprise software environment

• You’re comfortable exploring APIs, reviewing documentation, and reasoning about data flows and sequence diagrams

• You’re comfortable working alongside engineering teams in agile delivery cycles

• You bring clear, concise documentation and communication style—especially when describing complex systems or edge cases

• You’re familiar with AI or data-driven products, including how they interact with structured systems

• You're based in Belgium and excited to work together with the TechWolf team in our Ghent office at least three days per week.
