Founder Associate

TechWolf is an AI company through and through – within the broader strategy & operations team, the AI unit is responsible for defining and executing the overarching AI strategy. Handling topics like research, fairness, thought leadership and internal enablement, this small and high-impact team takes end-to-end ownership of AI initiatives within the company. In addition, they take ownership of a small number of strategic cross-functional projects in alignment with the priorities of TechWolf’s CTO.

As a Founder Associate, you will work closely with our co-founder and CTO Jeroen to ensure success in our AI objectives. Your days will be highly varied, focusing on ensuring rapid and great execution of strategic pieces of our AI strategy.

This role is designed for someone who is driven, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and brings top-notch communication and stakeholder management skills. To succeed in this role you need to be a true problem solver who can think strategically and just gets things done. You will collaborate with both technical and commercial teams within the company.

What you’ll do

• Drive internal AI initiatives: by supporting and leading projects around topics like innovation, bias, and compliance, you’ll help bring AI at TechWolf to new heights.

• Bridge cross-functional gaps: you’ll work to establish visibility and act as a project manager on key company-wide initiatives.

• Enable the team: support the broader TechWolf team to help them leverage our internal AI expertise effectively.

• Tackle CTO priorities: closely align with TechWolf’s CTO to maximise your impact.

• Raise the bar on execution: drive and enable the best quality and outcomes in everything you do.

Who you are:

• You have at least three years of experience and are used to working in a fast-changing environment like a start-up or scale-up

• You have a background in the broader software or artificial intelligence space (coding skills are not required)

• You're a quick learner with a consistent track record of excellence

• You love tackling varied problems and creating clarity in complex situations

• You have great project- and stakeholder management skills

• You're a strong communicator and can express complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences

• You're based in Belgium and eager to work from our Ghent office at least 2-3 days a week
