Techwolf is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth and demand generation in the US market. This US-focused role is instrumental in localizing global campaigns, executing field and event marketing programs, and collaborating closely with our US-based founding team to accelerate revenue growth.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

Event & Field Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and manage field marketing initiatives (in-person events, trade shows, conferences, local meetups) tailored to the US market.

  • Collaborate with sales to ensure event strategies align with pipeline and revenue goals.

  • Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional activities to maximize attendance and engagement.

  • Develop pre- and post-event campaigns to nurture leads and accelerate pipeline progression.

  • Track event performance metrics to assess ROI and inform future event strategies.

Localizing Demand Generation & ABM Programs for the US Market:

  • Localize global demand generation and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) programs to resonate with US audiences.

  • Partner with the central marketing team to roll out targeted campaigns for key US accounts and market segments.

  • Experiment with growth campaigns designed to increase awareness and generate high-quality leads in the US.

  • Provide feedback on digital marketing efforts (run centrally) to ensure alignment with US market needs.

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging tailored to the local US landscape and buyer personas.

Collaborate with the Founding Team to Drive Pipeline Growth:

  • Work directly with the US founding team to develop and execute pipeline-driving activities.

  • Act as a bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring tight alignment on priorities and targets.

  • Identify opportunities to accelerate deal cycles through strategic marketing support and targeted outreach.

  • Provide regular insights and updates on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform US go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or ABM, with a focus on B2B and US markets.

  • Proven success in executing field and event marketing initiatives that directly impact pipeline and revenue.

  • Experience in localizing global marketing campaigns to fit the US market’s unique needs and culture.

  • Start-up mindset with a track record of thriving in high-speed, growth environments.

  • Very high attention to detail

  • Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to align cross-functional teams toward a common goal.

  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:

  • Background in HR tech or a high-growth SaaS environment is a plus.

  • Familiarity with strategic marketing tactics and tools

  • Comfortable providing strategic feedback on digital campaigns while working with a centralized marketing team.

  • Experience supporting enterprise-level sales teams through targeted marketing efforts.
