Business Analyst

As our founding Business Analyst at TechWolf, and a member of our Integrations Team, you’ll work closely together with the Product Manager. You’ll bridge the gap between discovery and engineering execution. You’ll dig into APIs, uncover high-value use cases with our partners’ product teams, and translate them into clear, actionable specs that unlock value at scale. 

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives on turning complexity, and ambiguity into clarity, and who loves to collaborate across disciplines.

What you'll do:

• Discover & Shape: Work with the Product Manager and partner teams to explore APIs, identify opportunities, and design use cases where our skills data can make a real difference for our mutual customers.

• Design & Specify: Author high-quality specs. Define data structures, user flows, and edge cases to empower engineers to move fast with confidence.

• Align & Bridge: Bring business and technical teams together, drive clarity through refinement sessions, make sure everyone understands both the context and the outcomes.

• Collaborate & Iterate: Stay close to engineering during delivery, answering questions and refining scope as needs evolve.

• Scale & Deepen: Push integrations beyond the basics, uncovering advanced capabilities and unmet user needs that turn integrations into differentiators.

• Monitor & Validate: Use tools like PostHog to track user interaction patterns and confirm integration assumptions.

Who you are:

• You bring 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, functional analyst, technical product analyst, or systems analyst within a B2B or enterprise software environment

• You have a strong understanding of API documentation, testing endpoints, and translating payloads into use cases

• You’re comfortable working alongside engineering teams in agile delivery cycles

• You bring clear, concise documentation and communication style—especially when describing complex systems or edge cases

• You’re familiar with AI or data-driven products, including how they interact with structured systems

• You're based in Belgium and excited to work together with the TechWolf team in our Ghent office at least three days per week.
