Job description
Techwolf is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth and demand generation in the EMEA market. This role is instrumental in executing field and event marketing programs, and managing marketing projects to accelerate revenue growth.

You’ll play a key role in developing targeted marketing activities that increase brand awareness with the primary goal of generating pipeline and closing deals.
What you’ll do:
Event & field marketing (± 75%)
Plan, execute, and manage field marketing initiatives (e.g. trade shows, conferences, webinars, roundtables, recruitment fairs, meetups).
Collaborate cross-functionally (Partnerships, People, AI) to optimize event impact and align on goals.
Own field marketing content strategy—repurpose assets and create new materials (booth designs, one-pagers, banners, merchandise), tailoring content to specific audiences and markets.
Manage speaking opportunities for leadership—identify events, develop talk tracks, and secure engagements to boost brand visibility.
Represent TechWolf at events—engage with prospects, monitor competitors, gather insights, and support team logistics for major conferences.
Develop pre- and post-event campaigns to drive pipeline progression and ROI; track and report event performance.
Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution.
Marketing project management (± 25%)
Lead or support growth marketing efforts tied to field marketing, including demand generation and account-based marketing.
Contribute to content marketing (planning, distribution, social media), digital marketing, and employer branding.
Support customer marketing (e.g. roundtables), merchandising, sales enablement, and customer gift packages.
Collaborate closely with the global marketing team, especially the US-based Field Marketing Manager.
Job requirements
Who you are:
You have 4+ years of experience in field and event marketing with a focus on B2B.
You have proven success in executing field and event marketing initiatives that directly impact pipeline and revenue.
You are familiar with other marketing tactics and strategies.
You possess a start-up mindset with a track record of thriving in high-speed, growth environments.
You like to be hands-on, with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
You have a very high attention to detail and proven budget management skills
You have strong collaboration skills and the ability to align cross-functional teams toward a common goal.
You possess excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
Background in HR tech or a high-growth SaaS environment is a plus.
Experience supporting enterprise-level sales teams through targeted marketing efforts is a plus.
