TechWolf is the category leader in skills and work intelligence. We’re building a 100x marketing team to create a marketing engine that drives predictable growth. While the rest of the SaaS world is trying to prompt their way into growth, we are building a AI-native GTM engine. We don’t want a marketeer who just knows a bit of AI, we want a marketing engineer profile who eats and breathes AI and views go-to-market as a system to be optimized through code, automation, hyper-personalization and LLM orchestration.
In this role, you’re the architect of our revenue engine. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing and AI innovation, building the proprietary engine and tools that allow our GTM team to dominate the enterprise market. At TechWolf, we’re building the most interesting brand in AI and work. We’re allergic to AI slop but at the same time we are serious about embracing AI to the full extent. And we need an engineer to build the engine behind it.
What you’ll do:
Architect the ABM engine: always-on or very personalized 🐺 You build the technical growth engine for our ABM. You’ll create automated workflows that detect intent signals from target accounts and instantly trigger personalized LinkedIn ad sets, tailored landing pages, and custom-researched outreach, etc., using Claude Code or other tech.
Engineer the skills and work intelligence pipeline 🐺 You’ll turn our data into a lead-gen magnet. You’ll build the connectors between our core product data and our marketing channels, ensuring that when a Tier-1 prospect shows interest, our systems automatically feed them data-backed content on their specific workforce gaps.
AI-driven content & channel distribution, but no slop 🐺 Partner with the content team to build a distribution factory and translate storytelling into reach. You’ll develop scripts that take a single opinion and programmatically fragment it into platform-specific assets for our social channels, ABM plays, outbound, etc. We want to be everywhere, all at once. That said, we are allergic for transactional AI slop, and want to reach our goals with unique, interesting and creative content. So you don’t just build in a vacuum: you turn human insight into a multi-channel, hyper-personalized program.
Build our own sales & marketing tools, apps or systems 🐺 You will develop internal intelligence apps that ingest thousands of data points on a prospect's workforce and output a TechWolf business case in seconds. This is just an example of the tools you build that make our marketing feel like magic to the customer. Internally, you help sellers sell by leveraging our own content & input into systems that feed their day-to-day conversations.
You are obsessed with velocity 🐺 You don’t believe in six-month roadmaps for marketing experiments. When a new API drops or a strategic opportunity arises, you have the mindset to ship a functional MVP on a Monday, iterate on Tuesday, and scale it by Wednesday. You build for 100M ARR scale, but you execute with the urgency of a startup on day 1.
Job requirements
Who you are:
A technical marketeer: You have a background in computer science, data engineering, or a highly technical growth role. You’re proficient in the technical marketing domain, but you understand the psychology of a marketing funnel and master online channels like LinkedIn and others.
Obsessed with LLM orchestration: You don't just use ChatGPT or Gemini. You all over new releases, know Claude Code inside-out, chain models together to produce consistent, high-quality business outputs that drive ARR.
API-native: You see a new software tool and immediately check the API documentation. You are comfortable with the newest tech and models to connect marketing tools in ways others haven't thought of.
Growth-hungry: You want to see what you’ve built directly correlate to pipeline and revenue growth. You get a rush from seeing AI-first programs convert into Fortune 500 companies coming into our pipeline.
Based in Belgium: You’ll be a core part of the wolfpack in Ghent, where the marketing & engineering teams have their homebase. You work in close collaboration with sales teams in London and New York.
